Refund Policy

1. Overview

 

All DynamiXBot products, including DynamiX: Genesis v3 and future systems, are digital goods.
Once a product or license key has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense — because you receive instant, unrestricted access to software code, data structures, and strategy frameworks.

For that reason, all sales are final.

2. No Refund After Delivery

 

When you purchase a DynamiXBot license or subscription, you immediately receive access to files, configurations, and activation codes.
From that moment, we cannot verify whether the product has been used, copied, or shared — therefore, refunds are not possible after delivery.

This policy ensures fairness to both genuine users and the integrity of our licensing system.

3. Exceptions

 

Refunds may only be considered under very limited conditions, including:

  • Duplicate payments for the same product or license.

  • Technical delivery issues where the product was never received.

  • Proven file corruption or activation failure, verified by our support team.

If your case qualifies, contact us within 7 days of purchase through the official Discord support channel or the website contact form.
Once verified, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Subscription Renewals

 

If you use a monthly subscription plan, renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled before your next billing date.
Refunds for renewals are not available once the subscription period has started.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal or by contacting support before the next renewal.

5. System Performance & Results

 

Trading is risk.
You understand that all DynamiXBot systems — including Genesis — are tools, not guarantees.
We do not provide refunds based on:

  • Profit or loss outcomes

  • Market volatility

  • Personal dissatisfaction with results

You are responsible for testing strategies through demos or backtests before live deployment.

6. Technical Support & File Replacement

 

If your file becomes corrupted, deleted, or lost, you can request a free replacement copy at any time — provided your license remains active.
We’ll verify your purchase and reissue your access file within 24–48 hours.

7. How to Request Assistance

 

All refund-related or technical issues must be submitted through official channels only:

  • Discord: via the official support ticket system.

  • Website: through the contact form on DynamiXBot.com.

We do not process refund requests through email or social media DMs to ensure identity and purchase verification.
