Privacy Policy

At DynamiX ("we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy. Your privacy is critical to our "Control" philosophy. We collect the absolute minimum data required to enforce licensing security.

1. Hardware Fingerprinting (The "Lock")

To prevent unauthorized distribution of DynamiX Genesis v3, our software generates a unique Hardware ID (HWID) based on your computer's CPU, Motherboard, and Disk Serial Numbers.

We DO Collect:

• Your generated HWID (a non-reversible hash).
• Your IP address (for license validation logs).
• Your Email Address (for account recovery).

We DO NOT Collect:

• Your MetaTrader 4 passwords.
• Your Broker account numbers.
• Your Trade History or P&L data.
• Your Strategy Parameter settings.

2. Data storage

All license data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in secure data centers. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We use third-party payment processors (Merchant of Record) who handle your financial data securely. We never see your credit card numbers.
