1. The "Martingale" Disclosure

DynamiX Genesis v3 employs Martingale and Grid-based recovery strategies. While these systems are designed to recover from drawdowns, they carry a mathematical risk of total account liquidation during extreme market volatility ("Black Swan Events").

By purchasing and using this software, you explicitly acknowledge:

• You understand the mechanics of Martingale sizing (doubling down).
• You accept that past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You agree to use "Safety Net" features at your own discretion.

2. No Financial Advice

DynamiXBot Trading Solutions is a software development company, not a financial advisor. The information provided in the manual, website, and software is for educational and technical purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamiXBot Trading Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the software.
• Trading losses incurred while using the software.
• Brokerage failures, slippage, or connectivity issues.
• Hardware failures or VPS outages.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (downloadable software) and the "Hardware Locking" mechanism, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for trading losses or "change of mind."

5. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) on DynamiX's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
